So Dogue takes this mark of trust very seriously and makes it a priority to ensure the greatest confidentiality and security regarding your personal data.

So Dogue makes every effort to protect your personal data, but cannot guarantee or ensure that the data you provide is safe and protected from breaches, theft and unauthorized access by third parties, damage for which we decline all responsibility.

Note that any information copied by So Dogue may still remain for a certain period of time after your deletion request in our backup system.

11. Duration of retention of your personal data
In accordance with the relevant legislation, So Dogue will keep your personal data for 10 years from the end of the contract concluded with you, subject to a different duration agreed by mutual agreement.
12. Data Deletion and Backup Systems
In principle, any personal data that has been collected through the site will be deleted upon user request or by closing the site, unless there is a legal obligation to retain this data.
All data that has been processed through the site may be retained and remain recorded even after closure of the site, at least temporarily, in particular (in particular) in the case of backup systems. Anonymous information or anonymized data may be retained without any limits.
